THE TEMPTING ABC :)

ABC or Air batu campur, which means, shaved ice mixed with varieties of sweet syrups, such as palm sugar, sweetened milk, jellies, nuts, coconut milk and sometimes it was served with vanilla ice cream to enhance the kicked off taste of real shaved ice cream with Malaysian style. This dessert usually comes with rojak, it is a great combination for those who craves for it.

 Hot and wet weather type like Malaysia, suits for this dessert to be eaten to reduce the hotness of the temperature. There are two types of ABC, that is, ABC Biasa, or Special, usually, Special ABC has vanilla ice cream on top of the mount like shaved ice. So, what are you waiting for? Taste the ABC, thus you would taste the differences, as in Malaysia, we have many culture, so, the variety of mixed ingredients, will inject your taste buds!

Can you see the differences? It seems tempting, delicious, mouth watering main dish in Malaysia, the most favourite Nasi Lemak, regardless, what the ingredients, the contents or the side dish in it, Malaysian people, would definitely chose Nasi Lemak to be the very first choice for them if they are having breakfast, together with milky and creamy the tarik! The spicy and sweet sambals were made from fresh chilies, onions, and a little bit of garlic, plus with some sugar, salt to add in the taste. The rice, was cooked with thick coconut milk, with some screw pine leaves in order to spark the fragrance in the rice.
